The Dunning Banner for Direct Customers ONLY The Change: The dunning alert banner, which was previously tested on a small cohort of Direct customers, is being expanded to include all Direct customers with a balance that is 60 days past due. Note there is a small subset of customers we have pulled from this list that will not get the banner due to various reasons - please reach out if you have any further questions about this list. The alerts will appear as follows: Tier 60 — Banner only (Account Home) Title: Your account is 60 days past due Message: You have invoices totaling $X,XXX.XX. Resolve your balance within 30 days to avoid service interruption. Contact: Please contact ar@cloudflare.com with any questions. Tier 90 — Banner + Modal (account home) Title: Your account is 90 days past due. Pay now to avoid interruption. Message: You have invoices totaling $X,XXX.XX. Impact of the Change: The testing phase of the dunning alert had a positive impact on collections, so we would like to expand to all direct customers. Audience Impacted: The banner will be visible to any user who logs into the dashboard for an affected account. Specifically, any Direct customer with a balance over 60+ days past due will see the banner. Partner accounts are excluded from this banner notification until further notice.
